We met like many modern day love stories start by meeting on the dating app Hinge! It just so happens Jared stays up late watching TV and Shantal was working a nightshift the night we started talking. We met on Shantal's 25th birthday at Tavern United and continued to date for about three years before getting engaged in January 2025 in Kauai, Hawaii. Shantal and her now four cats, recently moved out to Carman, Manitoba to live with Jared full-time. Jared loves his cats and is embracing the role of cat dad. We enjoy travelling together and look forward to spending our special day in Mexico with friends and loved ones!
